Why we use it, and our legal basis

Who we share it with

Only where needed, and only what's needed:

• Your NHS GP or another clinician, where it's needed for your safety or you ask us to
• Laboratories and pharmacies that process your tests or prescriptions: [names]
• Our booking, clinical records and payment providers: [e.g. Select and Book, your records system, your card processor]
• Regulators, the police or safeguarding teams, where the law requires it

How long we keep it
